PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR/EXECUTIVE

Raise and create purchase requisitions for procurement of goods/services, as required. Create Purchase Order (POs), track PO closure and review open POs. Maintaining records of goods received and ordered. Monitoring and preparation of purchasing related reports. Communicate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers Review requested items for requisition and liaise with department supervisors to determine the suitability of the material as well as identify and / or track overdue material requests Arranges transfer of materials between project sites Maintains records of material inventory, asset inventory reports and status and location of materials Ad hoc duties as assigned Job Requirement Bachelor or Diploma in related field At least 5 years' relevant working experience in Construction industry Familiar with construction material and specification Self-motivated and able to work independently Responsible and reliable Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills<...
