**Work Schedule:** Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:40PM, 5 days onsite

**Salary:** $55,000-$65,000 per year

**Key Responsibilities:**


+ Place, track, and follow up on purchase orders for parts and materials
+ Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
+ Monitor shipment and delivery timelines; expedite orders when required
+ Manage vendor relationships and ensure performance and on-time delivery
+ Process claims for shipment or invoice discrepancies and resolve issues with vendors
