Procurement Coordinator - Level III

**Job Summary:**

Works independently to update procurement systems and coordinates approval and control of procurement activities. Provides support to sourcing and finance teams globally.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Proactively contacts suppliers to maintain pertinent data, obtain needed documentation, and enable suppliers in procurement systems. Support identification/resolution of supplier invoice and payment issues. Support completion, closure, and recording activities for various contracts and other supplier documentation. Prepare documentation for sourcing events. Initiate/Support work delivering results in meeting cost, quality, delivery, and inventory goals. Support supplier quality activities with supplier quality improvement engineers, suppliers, and category teams. Liaison between procurement teams and other functions.
