Procurement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Utilizing internal tools, promptly and accurately submit purchase orders for various materials not held in stock to complete necessary components for production (i.e., blank garments, external garment trims, etc.)
• Support Sr Procurement Manager and/or Procurement Supervisor in projects as needed or delegated
• Issuance of mill purchase order (MPO) to the appropriate mill partner as needed and requested by Production counterpart
• Review of systematic reports to identify errors in purchases or stock levels
• Coordination with external suppliers on cost validations, stock etas, backorders, etc., and ability to navigate contingency plans to secure best timing and cost
• Tracking of all inbound shipments from mill partner, following progress until received and end destination and ready for assignment by Production counterpart
• Maintenance of tracking logs and Production Work in Progress (WIP) document...
