Job Description

Job Scope:
Handle daily procurement and purchasing activities
Source suppliers and obtain quotations
Compare prices and negotiate with suppliers
Prepare PO and maintain procurement records
Follow up material delivery and stock requirements
Coordinate with site/store department for material requests
Assist in invoice checking and documentation filing
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years experience in procurement / purchasing field
Experience in construction or engineering industry is an advantage
Able to prepare Purchase Orders (PO), quotation comparison & supplier sourcing
Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Word
Able to communicate with suppliers and follow up delivery schedules
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
