Summary The VA Technology Acquisition Center (TAC) provides dedicated acquisition and program management expertise and support for life cycle management of enterprise-wide solutions in information and technology (IT) to its customers across the VA enterprise. Its largest customer and business partner for the VA Office of Information and Technology (OIT). This position reports to the Chief of the Plans/Training/Analysis Division under the TAC Operations Service located in Eatontown, NJ. Responsibilities Major Duties: Develops organizational procedures to implement Federal contracting policy, VA Senior Procurement Executive policy and guidance, and Technology Acquisition Center (TAC) Head of the Contracting Activity (HCA) procedural documentation and best practices for a wide range of Information Technology (IT) contracting functions.
