Procurement Analyst (Finance/Data)

JobSummary
Inthis role you will report to the Procurement Function/ Division Leader of APACProcurement as a Service team as a Procurement Analyst. You will be responsiblefor supporting Procurement Global Transformation, maintain preferred supplierdatabase, contracts management, supplier compliance, supplier onboarding,supplier performance and other reporting tasks for the company. You will be workingon a Shared Service Centre environment. You will be required to handledifferent markets across the globe such as APAC, EMEA & AMERICAS regions.

• Supportto Implement standardized systems and controls for the preferred supplierprogram
• Organizeand maintain preferred supplier records
• Collaboratewith Vendor Master teams and stakeholders to ensure that all preferred supplierrecords are up to date
• Establishstrong working relationships with key internal and external partners andimplement process improvement within the organization
