**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Procurement Analyst** to join our team in **Doral, FL** .

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Manages and optimizes software licenses by developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy, understanding various licensing models and contract terms to minimize costs and ensure compliance.
+ Conducts regular software license audits, identifies and addresses compliance gaps, and utilizes Software Asset Management (SAM) tools to track usage and deployments for accurate inventory.
+ Negotiates directly with software vendors, building and maintaining relationships, handling license agreements, renewals, and resolving any licensing issues that arise.
+ Develops and maintains internal policies and procedures related to software licensing and usage, ensuring organizational alignment with best practices.
