**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for a **Procurement Agent Manager-Contracts** to join our **In-Service Supply Chain** team in **Everett** , **Washington** .

**In-Service contracts** is a unique team that negotiates with suppliers and interfaces directly with airline customers, for the purpose of supporting contract enforcement of the tri-party Product Support and Assurance Agreements (PSAAs). The team is responsible to:

+ Negotiate Product Support and Assurance Agreements (PSAAs) and M6 Manufacturer’s Warranty Agreements, spares pricing and complex terms and conditions with internal and external stakeholders. Execute binding contractual documents.
