**What you'll be doing as a Processing Plant Manager:**

+ Manage plant-level timecards, attendance tracking, and payroll inputs for hourly employees
+ Implement time keeping systems for day-to-day operations
+ Ensure workforce records, onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day people processes are accurate and well-run
+ Partner with Finance / Payroll to resolve issues quickly and keep systems clean and reliable
+ Lead Hiring & Workforce Support
