Processing Officer – Wellington (Thorndon)
We are looking for two talented administrators to join the Domestic Violence Programmes Team as a Processing Officer. The Processing Officer is an integral part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality processing functions to the Courts in New Zealand and ensuring that participants have access to support programmes. The position is non‑customer facing and involves data entry, referral preparation and processing, managing queries via email and over the phone, so an individual with experience managing multiple databases would be a good fit for this position. An eye for detail is essential, as is the ability to provide high‑quality customer service.
