Processing Lead – Elmer’s Manufacturing Ltd.

Responsibilities

• Set the daily production plan, communicate and review progress, risks, and issues that could impact the plan with team leads and employees.
• Adjust plans as needed to maintain safety, quality, and on time delivery and escalate issues to Supervisor as needed.
• Conduct regular observations to check system health, identify risks, and engage with employees.
• Review, own, and apply root cause analysis to issues escalated by team leads related to department quality issues and supplier issues.
• Work with leads to ensure the production system is working and identify or implement opportunities for systematic improvements.
• Conduct weekly safety inspections and ensure completion of daily safety checklists.
• Support the availability of parts and resources for employees.
