Process Technician - Module Assy

The Process Technician for the Pump Module area is responsible for the process line sustaining engineering activities that carried out the actual execution and leg works such as evaluation and experiment. This also include attending and investigating process issues in real time with proper escalation to engineers if necessary.

Education & Experience

• B.Sc. Electronics Engineering (Physics, Electrical and related can apply) or any Equivalent technology courses.
• At least 5 years of experience in Semiconductor or Electronics / Optoelectronics and Fiber optics Industry.

Skills

• Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Experience in engineering task execution, such as process investigation, evaluation, and documentation.
• Basic knowledge in SPC and process capability.
• Basic knowledge in assembly, packing, soldering, fiber optic, fiber alignment, burn in and testing process.
