**Job Title: Process Engineer/Technician (DIRECT HIRE)**

**Job Description**

The Process Technician supports injection molding operations by setting up processes, operating and monitoring molding and robotic equipment, and ensuring that all parts meet defined quality specifications. This role focuses on executing the production schedule, optimizing machine performance, and troubleshooting issues to maintain consistent, high-quality output on one of the operating shift (1st, 2nd or 3rd)

**Responsibilities**

+ Oversee all aspects of the injection molding process, including process set-up, robotic operation, and tool effectiveness to support the production schedule.
+ Prepare and produce injection-molded components according to defined process parameters and customer quality specifications.
