Process Technician - Defect/Metrology

2nd shift - Hours to be determined - Monday-FridayJob Duties:Mainly responsible for supporting Defect/Metrology tools; responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Create scan/measurement machine recipes and fix recipe issues as they occur (pattern rec, measurement location, profile).
• Act as 1st responder for out-of-control product and automation errors
• Support Engineering requests for ad hoc measurement data
• Suggest and help implement new best-known methods (BKM)
• Support new equipment qualification for both Defect-Metro Team and other process teams
• Assist in the development/de-bugging of new technologies
• Contribute to projects that drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and cost.Required Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of statistics
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must, as this role will require in-depth cooperation with multiple functions and manufacturing sections.
