Using precise processes and tools to set-up molds in a variety of machines. Without your high standards in setting up our molds, our machines won’t run correctly or efficiently. Using our software to view job requirements, print work orders, and view the production schedule Learning the molding cycle to the points where it’s memorized. Following and applying all safety rules. We want you to be safe! Troubleshooting basic equipment failures Performing Water Main Shutoff and Electrical Power Down/Power Up procedures when needed Performing preventive maintenance on the molds. Preparing equipment for upcoming work orders Responding to machine alarms in a timely manner Reporting any irregularities (such as high scrap rates) to the Team Lead or Lead Tech Qualifications:
