Ensure all process equipment work areas are clean and free from safety hazards

Ensure that all process equipment is operational and functioning properly at start of shift.

Maintain all process equipment daily per startup and shutdown procedures, ODS, checklists and PMs as required

Monitor product quality and process control parameters per operating instructions andcontrol plans. Make adjustments and document as required.

Complete Job Setup information daily at shift change, mold change startup, or startup after downtime.

Make provisions to ensure that all PMs on the process equipment are completed in a timely manner.

Waste handling ofprocess waste as required. Ensure proper disposal of chemical waste material as per documented environmental waste management procedures.
