Process Senior Staff Engineer

The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.

• Drive operations (and other related) teams by providing technical guidance and direction to the team in daily sustaining acitivities problem solving including safety and EHS compliance.
• Lead or coach 8D investigations & problem solving related to quality issues.
• Coach and train junior engineers in terms of new technology, findings from chronic issue problem solving, continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely & collaborate with quality, RND, production and PIE to drive for continuous process robustness and quality improvement activities related to NPI.
