Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Process Safety Management (PSM) Specialist coordinates and maintains the Process Safety Management written compliance plan (WCP), OSHA and EPA 40 CFR section 68, policies, processes and procedures to mitigate risk of accidental releases of hazardous chemicals. This role ensures work and operations are performed in compliance with company policies and procedures, regulatory agency (OSHA, EPA, IIAR, etc.) and federal, state and local legal requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: 
Conduct annual internal mechanical integrity inspections, hazard analyses, audits, incident investigation, mechanical integrity inspections
Coordinate Mechanical Integrity program inspection plans, with the assistance of the maintenance manager for the issuance of repair work orders and inspection project management. Verifies the completion of refrigeration work orders and inspections
