Job Description

• Customer claim investigation and analysis the problem and advise problem solving for product fault.
• Communicate with team to consolidate feedback to customer for the root cause and corrective action.
• Communicate to team for material quality issue to acknowledge and follow up for corrective action.
• Supplier visit to follow up corrective action or new sourcing supplier.
• New product quality planning and prepare quality standard available.
• Developing and implementing quality standards.
• Developing quality inspection record.
• Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
• Developing and implementing quality control systems.
