Process Operator/Batchmaker (PM shift)
Location: Pennsauken, NJ 08110
Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM 2-2-3 rotating shift
Pay: $19.67/hour + $1.50 shift differential = $21.17/hr
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our production team in a food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for batching ingredients, operating and monitoring processing equipment, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor processing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and product specifications
Batch and measure raw ingredients into hoppers and processing equipment based on batch cards and production instructions (including Brix, pH, and acid levels)
Verify all materials (item codes, lot numbers, weights, and descriptions) to ensure accuracy and traceability...
