Process Operator

HOURS: 4 on 4 off (days and nights) 7:00-19:00 / 19:00-7:00

REPORTS TO: Team Manager

Job Purpose

The Process Operator will be responsible for the monitoring of the extrusion process and product quality assigned to them by their Team Manager, whilst contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the manufacturing function.

Key Accountabilities

• Adherence to all organisational policies, management systems and standard operational procedures, including legal responsibilities in relation to Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality.
• Work positively to develop and foster good working relationships with colleagues and contracted personnel to maintain a culture of mutual respect and represent the organisation in a positive way as to avoid the damage of corporate image or bringing the company into disrepute.
• Promote and Display the Epwin Core Values.
