Position Overview

Reporting to the Superintendent – Fixed Asset & Processing, the Process Plant Operations Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of Process Plant Technicians. They are tasked with safely leading daily plant operations while supporting production targets, continuous improvement initiatives, and team development. This role bridges operational execution and frontline leadership by ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost‑effective processing performance while fostering a strong safety culture and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Champion and actively promote all Health, Safety, Environment, and Community programs, ensuring safety remains the top priority in all plant activities.
