As a Process Operations Coordinator in the Information Security & Privacy By Design team, you serve as the “Chef d’Orchestre” of technical execution, ensuring security frameworks flow smoothly, users are supported, and reporting is accurate. You orchestrate the delivery of critical artifacts, facilitate triage processes, and maintain platform support, all while fostering a data‑driven and automated security governance environment.
Responsibilities
Operational Facilitation & Workflow Orchestration
Chase and monitor delivery of critical artifacts for IRAAM, PETRA, and OIA processes.
Facilitate SER Triage, prioritizing and assigning ISPA reviews.
Monitor end‑to‑end execution of IRAAM, PETRA, and OIA, addressing bottlenecks proactively.
