About the Role

The Process Intelligence Specialist is responsible for delivering data-driven insights into how business processes actually run, using process mining, modelling, and advanced analytics. The role focuses on hands‑on analysis, converting complex process data into clear, actionable insights that help teams improve service, cost, speed, adherence, and automation readiness. It works closely with process leads, business operations, data analytics, transformation teams, IT, and analytics functions, playing a key role in embedding process intelligence into day‑to‑day decision‑making.
