As a Process Improvements (Automation through Gen AI) Intern, you will work hands‑on with AI‑powered solutions to enhance operational workflows, support workflow automation and agent development, analyse data using Generative AI, develop AI‑generated documentation, and collaborate across teams to implement AI‑driven improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Design & Enablement Head in deploying AI‑powered solutions to improve operational workflows.
• Support the development of AI agents for delivery, billing, and servicing to increase automation.
• Utilise Generative AI tools to interpret large datasets and extract insights for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Create AI‑generated documentation, playbooks, and knowledge artefacts for operational teams.
• Collaborate with various teams to pilot and execute improvement initiatives and coordinate seamless implementation of AI solutions.
