Develop and maintain governance frameworks for consistent QtC-E execution across all regions;
Define and coordinate M-Cycle governance routines (cadence, agenda, participants);
Ensure QtC-E steps are understood, applied, and continuously improved;
Monitor process compliance and drive corrective actions as needed;
