- Operate and maintain processing equipment, including peelers, water knives, preheaters, blanchers, dryers, and fryers
- Adjust machine settings for steam time, batch weight, blanch time, temperature, and fryer oil levels
- Perform upstream processes and add ingredients to the metering system
- Monitor and adjust fry time, temperature, and oil filtration to maintain product quality
