Posizione

The resource will supervise, support, and sponsor continuous improvement, ensuring the harmonization of processes between production departments and promoting the use of engineering methodologies, to guarantee the highest efficiency of processes and plants.


The resource will manage activities located in Lombardy and Piedmont, specifically in Mede, Sillavengo, Ghemme and Romagnano.

Responsabilità del lavoro

  • Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes, being the owner of processes/tools/methods for harmonization among the process and production plants using and spreading the Lean Manufacturing culture for a continuous improvement.

  • Ensure the efficiency of the factory layout, both at macro and micro levels.

  • Ensure that production processes meet quality standards. It may imply working closely with quality engineers to develop comprehensive quality or inspection processes.
