We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Process Engineering Manager to join our team. Responsible for managing ECNs, BOM audits and ERP updates, calibration activities, and UL audit coordination, while supporting document control and workload delegation. Also provides customer quality documentation, supports QC troubleshooting, serves as a customer liaison, develops work instructions, and trains employees on testing procedures for industrial control panels.  This role supports the New Product Introduction department
