Job Description

We are currently seeking a Process Engineering Intern for our Waterbury, CT manufacturing facility. This role will work alongside the Operations Manager and experienced engineers and mentors, contributing to real-world projects that support our operations and product development. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical engineering experience while making meaningful contributions to the business. This role is designed for students who are available to work full‑time during the summer and part‑time during the academic year, based on school schedule and business needs.
What You Will Do:
Partner closely with the Operations Manager to support process development, documentation, and validation of components and manufacturing processes 

Assist with CNC-related manufacturing activities, including observing machine setups, supporting process improvements, and helping document standard work and tooling
