Process Engineer

Responsibilities

1. To provide technical support to technician, inspectors and Production.
2. Develop and improve processes, methodologies, system, tools and services to enhance overall process and product efficiency.
3. Understand on overall company process flow and AS9100 requirement.
4. Manage technical issue arise from project undertaken by the company.
5. To ensure effective implementation of CA/PA which has been identified.
6. To ensure overall engineering process compliance by ensuring proper record fill up and the used of controlled copy of drawing / WI/TL etc.
7. To work closely with QA department to ensure proper configuration management and risk management throughout the product realization process.
8. Ensure accuracy and on time eng document generation - WI, Tool List, Process Sheet, BOM, drawing etc .
