Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and approving work instructions in the eMOI system.
• Leading product and process development in a PCB manufacturing environment.
• Training production personnel on new products and processes.
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, reduce downtime, and lower costs.
• Designing and optimizing product and process workflows to improve production efficiency.
• Collaborating with relevant departments to resolve production issues.

• Good at analyzing operations and creating work instructions.
• Able to use SAP.
• Skilled in improving quality, productivity, downtime, and cost.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office.
• Strong training and communication skills.
