Process Engineer

Job Description:

• Support in new product design and drawing.
• Support in study and evaluation for product and quality improvement.
• Responsible in developing the SOP/ work instructions.
• Responsible for maintaining and improving all equipment/ processes related to efficiency.
• Performing other related duties as per assignment by management from time to time

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of injection moulding principles and polymer behavior
• Hands-on experience with injection moulding machines
• Understanding of mould design
• Expertise in defect analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience with scientific moulding and process validation
• Familiarity with SPC, DOE, FMEA, and root cause analysis tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and mould designs
• Basic understanding of automation and robotics (preferred)
