Process Engineer Senior

Job Summary
The Process Engineer Senior will be responsible for driving manufacturing productivity, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives within the operation.
This role supports manufacturing efficiency through line balancing, cycle time analysis, bottleneck identification, layout improvements, and waste reduction initiatives across SMT through final packing operations.
The position requires a strong hands‐on approach within the manufacturing floor environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform time studies, cycle time analysis, and line balancing activities to improve manufacturing productivity and operational efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement within manufacturing operations.
Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives focused on waste reduction, productivity improvements, and process optimization.
