**A Taste of Your Responsibilities**

+ Serve as a technical subject matter expert and trainer for line and operations team resources, using personnel and contractor support as needed.
+ Oversee the production line centerline management system, including identifying centerline points and establishing standards.
+ Partner with plant facilities and maintenance teams on improvement projects that require site support or impact site accountability.
+ Coordinate focused improvement work with plant personnel, team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of improvement projects.
+ Lead the identification and prioritization of loss elimination activities through Daily Direction Meetings.
+ Coordinate start‑up activities and training education associated with improvement initiatives.
+ Communicate progress updates on assigned improvement work to key stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
