- Manage, control, and optimize production resources to ensure stable operations.
- Oversee daily production activities in accordance with the production plan.
- Participate in shop floor operations as needed to understand processes and issues firsthand.
- Prepare, update, and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures for production processes (in English and/or Japanese).
- Monitor production performance and record, analyze, and document production results.
- Identify operational issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Continuously improve production and operational processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with related departments such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering.
- Communicate operational matters in English with internal and external stakeholders as required.<...
