Process Engineer (Piedras Negras)

The Process Engineer supports the construction, installation, commissioning, and stable operation of a new manufacturing facility.
This role is responsible for developing, optimizing, and standardizing production processes to meet safety, quality, efficiency, and cost goals.
The position also leads process improvements, supports new product introductions, and manages capital projects aligned with global standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
Participate in construction and equipment installation phases of a Greenfield plant.
Lead commissioning, validation, and start-up of production lines and systems.
Develop process qualification and readiness plans with engineering and EHS teams.
Implement manufacturing documentation (SOPs, process sheets, HMI parameters).
Ensure process capability and stability through data analysis and feedback.
Monitor and improve production processes for safety, quality, and efficiency.
