Job Description

As a Process Engineer at onsemi, you will develop, and support photolithography processing in the 24x5 manufacturing of wafers used for Automotive and Consumer applications throughout the world. You may also provide process engineering support for additional process areas. In this team-based environment, you will work closely with Device, Process and Design Engineers to provide robust, quality products to our customers.
Performance Objectives: 

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
Own critical photo processes and associated measurement equipment in a fast-paced, 24/5 manufacturing environment. Previous experience with ASML stepper job layouts and Spin Coating processes a plus. 
Apply technical skills to implement equipment and process improvements that increase product performance, reduce cost and increase throughput and yield.
