Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

To oversee and directing all activities in the project and operation management. Motivate and lead a team in achieving production target and to endure resources are efficiently and effectively utilized in achieving the department's objective.

1) Evaluate trouble-shoot and improve existing methods and production and process in order to optimize yield, quality, productivity and cost.

2) Liaise with equipment and material suppliers and production personnel to drive continuous quality improvement and cost.

3) Planning and monitoring the department daily operations.

4) Lead on all production related functions and activities to enhance quality and productivity.

5) Plan and execute production schedule to meet orders and stock requirement.

6) Prepare, issue and update all production related documentation.
