JD for Process Engineer
ABOUT THE ROLE
Know very well on the welding & assembling technology ( ARC or Laser, or Both) 

To be responsible for manufacturing design for new program

To execute Tenneco standard / mfg rule during the mfg design and program launch

To develop the BBPs standing on MET view to support manufacturing cost down

To keep close communication with Engineering for manufacturing feasibility study on new program

To keep communication with CN MET team for supporting each other on MET activities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute Tenneco standard on program

Be responsible for detail mfg design for new program including capacity analysis, process flow, production layout, CTQ on process definition, machine type, fixture design concept, the SOW definition of the whole process. Review with supplier for SOW understanding and tracking the progress in supplier for machine, fixture, ...
