Process Engineer

**Job Description:**

Full professional responsibility for production processes in the surface treatment department of the Prosthetics line. including – trainings, process improvement, process optimization, etc.

**Implant Line Process Ownership**

Manage and optimize all production processes for prosthetics, including:

+ Manage and optimize all production processes for implants, including: Prosthetics Degreaser, Anodizing, Aging, Passivation, Hardening, Trommels.
+ Ensure process stability, quality, and compliance across all stages
+ Develop and maintain work instructions, validation protocols, and training materials for operators
+ Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and process control.
+ Work with the maintenance department - problem solving, training.

**Engineering Project Leadership**

+ Lead engineering projects within the Prosthetics line, from concept through implementation
+ Drive transfer projects...
