Job Description

- Troubleshoot electrode casting and unit cell assembly processes and process equipment as issues arise.
- Improve and fine tune vision system for electrode alignment and electrode defect inspection.
- Perform equipment and process capability studies using six sigma methodology to identify areas of improvement.
- Work hands-on with manufacturing equipment to identify the best process protocols and parameters, and opportunities for process yield and quality improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems and automation equipment.
- Conduct engineering trials, document, and analyze manufacturing process records and experimental results. Present, share reports, and recommend new development pathways.
