Process Engineer
We are seeking a Process Engineer to lead continuous improvement and modernize manufacturing processes within a hands‑on, manual assembly environment. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives on the production floor, enjoys solving real problems with real operators, and wants ownership of meaningful, plant‑wide improvements. You will drive Lean manufacturing, eliminate waste, improve flow, and strengthen safety, quality, and efficiency across the operation.
What You’ll Do

+ Improve assembly processes by analyzing current workflows and implementing practical, sustainable solutions.

+ Apply Lean tools including standardized work, takt time, SMED, Poka Yoke, and load leveling to reduce waste and stabilize production.

+ Develop clear documentation such as work instructions, standardized work, process flows, PFMEAs, and cell/floor layouts.
