Mission

Provide process engineering support to the JIT manufacturing site, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with Lear standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Industrialize new products/processes (PFMEA, layouts, validation).


• Lead setup of new lines and technologies.


• Ensure quality, ergonomics, and productivity.


• Drive Lean/Kaizen improvements.


• Support automation & Industry 4.0 projects.


• Collaborate with suppliers on cost, timing, quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering
