Process Engineer

Job Purpose

• Lead and manage the process engineering team.
• Drive efficiency, yield, and output improvements to reduce cost and improve productivity and profitability.
• Design, improve, and standardize manufacturing processes, including maintaining process documentation.
• Ensure all processes comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Take ownership of production and assembly efficiency, yield, and output performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Materials/Chemical Engineering (or related) with proven process/manufacturing engineering experience.
• Leadership & Work Ethic: Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving and analytical skills; proactive, independent team player with a can‑do attitude.
• Manufacturing Expertise: Hands-on experience in manufacturing processes (e.g. injection molding, CNC, assembly, casting...
