PROCESS ENGINEER

Preferable experience in rubber and molding background, knowledge of LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber), rubber injection, plastic injection, rubber compression, rubber compounding, rubber border and plastic exclusion is added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Follow up and ensure smooth mass production with cost effective

Lead and monitor new project FA Mould trial and submission and develop standard (VTC), inspection standard, WI, etc

Improvement and modification of the production process

To initiate problem solving and troubleshooting activities/process to reduce production related problems and delays

involvement may begin at any step from pilot run to full scale manufacturing

To assist superior to control and meet quality and productivity requirements

To support QA on the ISO implementation and requirement

To train Team Leader or Supervisor in new WI, Process and ISO requirement
