We are looking for a Process Engineer to drive new product development from prototype to mass production. You will act as the key bridge between R&D and manufacturing, ensuring smooth technical transfer and production readiness.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end NPI process for AR/VR opto-mechanical modules, from design evaluation and prototyping to mass production transfer.
• Evaluate AR/VR optical designs to ensure performance targets such as FOV, MTF, distortion, eye box, and alignment tolerances are met.
• Drive DFM/DFA reviews for AR/VR optics, optimizing assembly feasibility, yield, and cost for high-precision optical components.
• Develop and validate assembly processes including active alignment, bonding, curing, calibration, and optical performance verification.
