Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer, you are required to:

• Assist supervisor in improvement, maintenance and troubleshooting of process in production line.
• Provide guidance and coaching to process technician.
• Mainly in-charged in solving major abnormality, continuously perform inline parameter monitoring as well as controlling and reduction in material and chemical's cost.
• Collecting of inline parameter data and on duty statistical process control and analysis in order to improve and enhance inline data controlling.
• Analyze the material consumption and reduce materials cost through the optimization of process parameter or materials specifications.
• Formulate and promote the implementation of the project (including cost reduction, efficiency improvement project, new process, development evaluation of new primary materials) for the project and experiment.
• Complete or assist task given by supervisor, communicate and carry out discussion...
