Process Engineer

Responsibilities

Day to day production support, ensure product work instructs are complied and small tools e.g. soldering iron, torque screws etc...are well maintained

Yield and quality improvement, Kaizen projects

Lead the New Product Introduction build and process improvement projects, work on new customers and products. Conduct DFx on new products

Provide production training, product briefing and cross training

Competent in Surface Mount Technology, Wave and Box Build Assembly

Knowledge on Process Flow, Control Plan & FMEA

Able to do feasible study and DOE based on customer requirements

Develop assembly processes work instructions, procedures and process control plans for new products

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/ electronic) or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years in Manufacturing
